  • Both. Our Principal, Alison Hall, is a CPA, CDFA®, Certified Tax Planner, and a licensed Georgia real estate professional affiliated with eXp Realty. This combination allows for a deeper, more neutral evaluation of property options.

  • No. Whitehall Advisory does not take sides or advocate for one party.


    While we may be hired by one or both parties, our role is neutral analysis, not representation.

  • No. We do not perform certified appraisals.


    We provide market analysis, financial modeling, and net-proceeds scenarios to support decision-making.

  • No. We present neutral information about the consequences of each option so you can decide what makes the most sense.

  • No. As part of our analysis we may provide an estimate of the cost of repairs necessary to place a home for sale.

    Preparing the home for sale is part of the sale transaction. Should you decide to list your home for sale with Whitehall Realty team through eXP Realty brokerage, we can outline cost-effective preparation strategies and recommend service providers.

  • No. Refinancing guidance must come from a licensed lender.


    We can, however, model financial outcomes for various refinance options.

  • Yes. We can project:


    • Short, medium and long-term rental income
    • Operating costs
    • Taxes
    • Net cash flow

  • No. Not ever.


    You are free to work with any licensed real estate professional if you choose to sell the property.

  • No. Advisory and brokerage services are separate.

    If you elect to work with our sister company, Whitehall Realty, the arrangement will be contracted through a brokerage agreement with eXp Realty.

  • We meet with the parties that engage us to provide analysis:

  • Yes. We can coordinate with attorneys and mediators, send summaries, and attend meetings as requested.

  • Yes. Brief consultations are available to confirm scope and fit. No advice is provided during these calls.

  • All work is performed on a flat-fee basis, quoted upfront.

    Additional properties or complex short-term rental analysis may require expanded scope.

  • Most engagements take 5–10 business days after receiving necessary documentation.

    The list is straightforward and easy to complete.

    We provide financial and real property analysis, not legal advice.

  • Yes.

    Our summaries are frequently used in mediation, collaborative law, attorney negotiations, and settlement discussions.

  • We can provide documentation and speak with attorneys.

    Expert witness work may be arranged through a separate engagement.

  • We analyze properties in Georgia and, when appropriate, other states.

    Brokerage services through eXp Realty are limited to Georgia.

  • We focus on property-related analysis. Our sister company, Whitehall Mediation, provides post-divorce financial coaching services.

    If broader planning is needed, we can collaborate with your existing advisers or refer trusted professionals.
